Our Gite

The Lodge is recently renovated grain store, sympathetically converted to a high standard throughout. It has high ceilings and large velux windows making it light and airy. Thick stone walls and many original features such as exposed wooden beams and an original brick and stone doorway leading to the bedroom and bathroom. It is centrally heated throughout and remains cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This is a cosy, comfortable living space.

This ideal location is great for a romantic break for couples and /or a place just to chill out in and just enjoy your own company as it is the only holiday accommodation on this farm. It is also a convenient stopping off point if passing through or for two people sharing if attending any local event or just sightseeing. It is a stone's throw from Le Mans so you don't have to drive far for their open air markets and discovering the ancient buildings of the "old town" of Le Mans.
This Gite comes with a double room comprising of two single beds or a large double and fully stocked kitchenette with tea and coffee and essentials' provided. It overlooks fields and woodland and is set in its own private grounds. It is brilliant for walkers, bird watchers and cyclists and all lovers of nature due to the unspoilt countryside and sparse population.
